Bahan-bahan:  Buah tomato, cili merah, bawang putih dan bawang merah di kisar dan tumis....perasakan dengan garam dan gula untuk menambah rasa...

Ingredients consist of: Fresh tomatoes, red chillies, garlic and shallots...blended together to form slightly coarse paste...saute till fragrant...add in salt and little sugar to enhance the taste......

Kukus ikan Rumahan dengan serai dan halia sehingga masak

Steam fish with crushed lemon grass and ginger till cooked

Telah masak ikan di kukus....curahkan bahan-bahan yg ditumis tadi ke atas ikan...dan kukus lagi sebentar selama 10minit...

Spread the saute sambal over the fish and steam again for about 10 minutes...serve.... ;)

Ikan Salmon segar...di perap dengan garam dan lada sulah hitam...kemudian grill di stove sehingga masak..

Fresh Salmon fish...marinated with salt and coarse blackpepper...grill on stove

Nasi Goreng Udang/ Fried rice with shrimps

Steam fish with fresh tomatoes, chillies and onions paste

Red snapper fish heads.....steam till cooked

Curry gravy cooked separately then pour over the steam fish heads with a final touched sprinkles of corriander leaves
